📸 Highlander Youth Football League & Cheer Photo Day

We’re excited to partner with Highlander Youth Football League for this year’s Photo Day!
We’ll be photographing athletes from all divisions — including the brand-new Girls Flag Football League — and offering our popular Digital Graphics and Trading Card packages.

It’s the perfect way to kick off the season with something awesome to share and remember!

• Date: Sunday, August 10

• Location: Silver Creek High School

• Schedule: See team-specific times below

We’ll have multiple photo stations running to keep things moving quickly and efficiently. Some overlap may occur, but the process will be smooth — you’ll be in and out in no time!!

✅ What to Wear

Athletes should arrive in jersey and cleats, along with full pads and helmet (if applicable).

🎯 Digital Player & Team Graphic – $39.95

• Two custom-designed individual player graphics
  (each with a unique look, using the same image set - See sample images)

• One team graphic featuring all players on your athlete’s team

• Delivered via email as high-resolution digital files

• Includes full printing rights — perfect for banners, posters, mugs, t-shirts, and more!

🧢 Card Package – $79.95

• Everything in the Digital Package, plus:

• 9 custom trading cards (2.3” x 3.5”) with protective cases

• Cards printed and shipped directly to your home

No need to order both — the Card Package includes everything in the Digital Package.

🛒 How to Order

At checkout, please include:

• Athlete’s First & Last Name

• Jersey Number

We already have team rosters — that’s all we need.
🧾 One order per player, please.

🔔 Important Reminders

• ✅ Only athletes with a completed order will receive individual player graphics.

• 🚫 We do not provide previews or samples — all designs are custom-made after Photo Day.

• ⏰ Order Deadline: Sunday, August 10 at 11:59 PM

📬 Delivery Timeline

Both digital graphics and trading cards will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after Photo Day.

• Graphics will be emailed directly to you

• Trading cards will be shipped to your home

📢 Attendance

Even if you’re not placing an order, all players should attend Photo Day so they’re included in the official team photo. Coaches will bring teams over at their scheduled time.
