📸 Providence High School Photo Day – Friday, August 8th
(Deadline for signup is August 7th at midnight)

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Providence High School this season for team and individual athlete photos!

The school is covering the cost of standard headshots and a team photo, so every athlete will be photographed. However, for families who would like a little more, we’re pleased to offer a selection of optional packages

🔹 OPTION 1 – $39.95 (Non-Seniors)
Digital Player & Team Graphics

• Two custom-designed individual player graphics featuring 3 images
   (each with a unique look using the same photo set - See samples)
  

• One team graphic showcasing all players

• Delivered as high-resolution digital files

• Includes full printing rights — perfect for posters, banners, mugs, t-shirts, and more

🔹 OPTION 2 – $79.95 (Non-Seniors)
Digital Player & Team Graphics + Trading Cards

• Includes everything in Option 1

• PLUS 9 custom trading cards (2.3” x 3.5”) with protective sleeves

• Cards shipped directly to your home for your convenience

Senior Banner Package

• A custom 3ft x 2ft banner to proudly display at the field

• Digital Player Graphic included

• Delivered as high-resolution files with full printing rights

✅ How to Order:

• Please select one package per athlete.

• When ordering, kindly include your athlete’s full name and jersey number when prompted at checkout.

• Orders must be placed by midnight on August 7th. Orders placed after the deadline may not receive the additional photos needed for custom graphics or trading cards.

Additional Information:

• Final digital graphics will be emailed!

• Trading cards typically ship about 2–3 weeks following Photo Day.

• We create custom graphics exclusively for completed orders — please note that previews or samples are not provided.
